This project involved designing a built-in bed for a child’s bedroom, complete with full-depth storage drawers, shelving, and cupboard space. Hidden compartments and a lift-up section add an element of fun and clever storage for the child. The bed was spray finished in Sayerlack AT99 specialist paint, in Farrow & Ball St Giles Blue. Each drawer, nearly 1m deep, glides effortlessly on heavy-duty 100kg-rated runners, offering ample, practical storage. A playful yet highly functional design that delighted both child and parent.
